Trask River Redemption is a rough-and-tumble three-piece band that has brought their raw lyrics and rocking instrumentation to venues throughout Washington County and beyond. They blend rock & roll edginess with homespun influences of folk, Americana, and country to create a unique and dynamic show. Songs like “Oregon Way” paint a heartfelt picture of traveling the nation, but longing for and returning to the Pacific Northwest way of life. Their relatable lyrics give voice to an often-overlooked corner of the country, which has helped them build a solid following throughout the state. Frontman Josh Smith leads the band on vocals, guitar, and harmonica, along with bassist Mark Ferguson providing the low end and Tim Holycross on percussion.
