Robbery at Time Gas Station in Buxton

Buxton – An early-morning robbery at the Time Gas Station in Buxton on Tuesday resulted in a male leaving the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, according to Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputy Shannon Wilde.

According to Wilde, deputies responded to reports of a robbery just before 6 a.m. on Tuesday after what has been described as a male covered head-to-toe in black clothing implied he had a gun to an employee at the Time Gas Station convenience store.

Under the threat of the implied weapon, the employee gave the alleged robber cash. The man then left the scene, likely in a vehicle, according to Wilde.

Deputies searched the area, with the assistance of the Forest Grove Police Department and a Beaverton Police K-9 unit, but could not locate the suspect.

Time Gas Station could not be reached for comment.
